1. Create a Windows user account

2. Create a UCM user account

3. Ensure both Windows and UCM shares same user name

4. Launch 4Sight Explorer icon

5. 4Sight Explorer interface will display if the condition 3 is met.

6. In case of error, please repeat step 1 to 3

7. Retry launching 4Sight Explorer
